Food that Reduces Milk Supply | Breastfeeding Mummies

Since the day my boy arrived, I became concern if I have enough milk for him. There are certainly some food that help boost our milk supply and on the other end, food that reduces it. For obvious reasons, I will definitely be avoiding those food that reduces milk supply as much as possible till the day I have finally decided to stop breastfeeding. Below are the 2 food, herbs, that I avoid for now.

Peppermint
